EXPERIENCE

Jamie Walker learned the art of home building from his grandfather and father who began building homes in the 1940's. He has personally worked in all aspects of building a home from framing to plumbing and finish work.

In 1993 he began work as a draftsman with Holmes Homes. Soon after he started work with Ivory Homes, Utah’s Largest Home Builder and continued there for over seven years while also obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Marketing in 1999 from the University of Utah.

In 2000 Jamie started Walker Home Design with the hope of providing his knowledge of the homebuilding process and personalized attention to every homebuilder.

PRICES:

NEW CONSTRUCTION -
Our prices are dependant upon the size of the home or can be adjusted according to the customers needs. Typical prices are as follows:
   
    •Ramblers are $1.00-$1.75 a finished foot (main level).
   
    •Two Story and Multi-level plans are $1.50-$2.50 a finished foot (main and upper
     level). Rough in basements are included for free, and finished basements are
     dependant on size of home (typically $500-$1,000).

These prices include engineering, site plan, MEC Check and personalized service you will find nowhere else. We can also provide a 3D walk-through of your homes interior and exterior with our state of the art computer programs.

REMODEL PROJECTS -
Prices on remodel projects are also dependant on each individual project. Call for a quote or to set up a visit.
